This 8-week supportive and therapeutic group experience is designed to encourage emotional expression, healing, self-reflection, and personal growth. Through guided prompts, creativity, and shared connection, participants are encouraged to explore emotions, healing, personal growth, and self-understanding in a safe and judgment-free environment. No writing experience is needed — just a willingness to explore and express yourself at your own pace. This group invites you to write, release, and rediscover your voice.
