This group for female-identified clients offers an understanding and safe place to learn and practice emotional regulation skills that can lead to feeling better by experiencing improvement in self-concept, personal relationships, work or school performance, and mental health.

Emotional regulation is the ability to manage emotions, feelings, and even moods positively. It’s a skill that helps us attune our emotional responses to our current context, especially in times of emotional distress.
